Non-Refundable Fee: Once the payment for cutting a death date on a headstone has been received, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Required Information: Cemetery Name: The client must provide the exact name of the cemetery. Location: The specific location within the cemetery where the headstone is situated must be provided. Cemetery Section: Any additional details about the section or plot location to ensure proper placement. Order Confirmation: The order will not be processed until all required information is provided and payment has been confirmed. Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the provided information is accurate and complete. Completion Time: The completion time will be communicated once the order is confirmed, and any delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information will not be the responsibility of the company. By placing an order, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
